“The light in my dryer only comes on when the cycle ends. Is it supposed to come on when when the door is opened to load the dryer or when the dryer is off and I am taking the clothes out?”

I have the same dryer and it operates the same as yours, the light only comes on after the cycle ends. Also if you don't take your laundry out soon after the cycle ends, the light will go off.
