I am trying to find out if I need a 3 prong or 4 prong electrical cord for LG DLE3400W electrical dryer.

Ft. 8-Cycle Electric Dryer with FlowSense™ - White, Model # DLE3400W. The wiring and grounding must conform to the latest edition of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70 and all applicable local regulations. A 4-wire connection is required for all mobile and manufactured home installations, as well as all new construction after January 1, 1996. A 4-wire connection must be used where local codes do not permit grounding through the neutral wire. A 3-wire connection is NOT permitted on new construction after January 1, 1996 or in area where grounding through the neutral conductor is prohibited...^IFV
