“Where I hookup the cord I can only hook up 2 wires I think the grounding cord tiny bracket is missing”

Are you using a 3-wire or 4-wire connection with the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Electric Dryer with FlowSense™ - White, Model # DLE3400W, and are you using a 4-wire plug or direct wiring to a conduit? You may want to consult with a qualified electrician about the wiring. The dryer is supplied with the neutral wire grounded. This white ground wire MUST BE MOVED to the neutral terminal when a 4-wire cord is to be used, or where grounding through the neutral conductor is prohibited. Pages 23 - 26 in your owner's manual have explicit instructions and illustrated diagrams showing the wiring for both a 3-wire and 4-wire connection.
