“It says this is closet depth at 31inches. What about the 4 inch vent hose that goes up the back?”

The technician almost didn’t install mine b/c I hadn’t accounted for the 4”. Lucky he removed the bifold doors and it fits, but now the units are open to area and I have to come up with another door solution.

Recommended clearances should be considered for the following reasons: • Additional clearances should be considered for ease of installation and servicing. • Additional clearances should be considered on all sides of the dryer to reduce noise transfer. For closet installation, with a door, minimum ventilation openings in the top and bottom of the door are required. Louvered doors with equivalent ventilation openings are acceptable. ^Daphane
