“not getting the matching washer. saw on one of the questions it says to connect hose to washer. we need a hose for this dryer? do you have a video for setup? not sure where we are supposed to drain the hose/water”

As indicated in its header, the Energy Star® Most Efficient LG 7.8 cu. Ft. Mega Capacity Smart Front Load Dryer with Dual Inverter HeatPump™ Technology and Inverter Direct Drive Motor System, Model # DLHC5502B, is a heat pump dryer. It has a drain port on the back that you have to attach a drain hose to so it can channel out the moisture or water that remains after the laundry inside has been dried. Depending on the usage frequency, you should drain it every two to three uses or at least once a month. There are explicit instructions and illustrated diagrams on page 21 in the owner's manual under 'How to Connect the Drain Hose' that are easy to follow for connecting the included drain hose...^Ivan.
