“The 4th and 6th picture on this item show the back panel with 4 HDMI inputs (2 side, 2 back) but the description and specs state 3 inputs (2 side, 1 back) which one of these is correct, the picture or the spec description? Thank you in advance.”

Hello the specifications and pictures are correct: HDMI (HDCP 2.2) is 3 (1 rear, 2 side) & Audio Return Channel Support (via HDMI) is 1 (HDMI 2). ^AC
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, I bought the TV and I only noticed the discrepancy between advertised picture and advertised specification when I started to hook stuff up. The spec is accurate, not the picture. The is 1 HDMI port on the back and there are 2 HDMI ports on the side. There is 1 USB on the back and 1 USB on the side.
