Hello GFYCA1. Hopefully this will answer your question. This stereo actually has 2 USB inputs for playback and direct recording,sorry to say it does not have an SD card slot. Yes it will display song title and artist. I bought this system as soon as it came out and I must say it's pretty awesome.I myself have a 32gig flash drive and it does very well in playing every song.
