You can only download and install additional apps that are compatible with the webOS 24 TV Platform (i.e. Operating System) that the LG 75” Class 80 Series QNED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024), Model # 75QNED80TUC runs on through the LG Content Store (App Store) feature on the TV's home screen. LG TVs do support IPTV channels. You can set up IPTV on your LG Smart TV by selecting the appropriate app from the LG Content Store and they feature a diverse array of apps within the LG Cointent Store with IPTV apps such as IPTV, Uno IPTV, IPTV 157, IPTV 54, SmartOne IPTV, Smart IPTV, IPTV AirPlayer, Net IPTV SS IPTV, IPTV Pro, Max IPTV, and Hot IPTV just to name a few and 105 other IPTV apps can be downloaded and installed on the TV.
