Sure can, just make sure to get a mount that matches the weight and size.
Also good to keep in mind where the inputs are in relation to the bracket.
DO NOT TRY TO SKIMP ON THE MOUNT! 
It's going to be relatively expensive for a mount for a tv over 65" but you get what you pay for so go with the options that the LG specialist at the store recommends.
My advice, if you're looking at this model... obviously money is a large factor, so you can sometimes find specials that BestBuy runs for mounts/ or installs when buying tv's this size. Any of these specials that they offer are "loss leaders" for the company, so they are a really good deal for the customer

Yes I have this Tv and I have it mounted in my living room. Looks great. Basic mount that holds 55-75inch.
