• Hybrid is a smaller stand width bringing the stand feet in towards the center of the TV, 20". The normal position is the outer most stand width, 53". ^Daphane

• Yes the stand can be installed on the far edges of the screen as well as towards the center to accommodate smaller tv stands(only thing positive about these tvs)
