- A:Answer Other than the standard remote that comes with the LG 75” Class UA7000 Series LED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 75UA7000PUB, the only remote that LG makes is the LG Magic Remote, Model # MR25GA, which is slimmer, but not necessarily "smaller". Q: QuestionWhy is the screen so dark. Can't see the people
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern regarding the 75UA7000PUB and the brightness of your television screen. When a screen appears dark or dims automatically, it is often related to specific settings within the unit designed to manage power or adapt to ambient light, such as the Energy Saving mode or AI Brightness functions. To help improve the visibility of the screen, we recommend checking the Energy Saving settings. You can do this by pressing the [Settings] button on your remote, navigating to the Picture menu, and ensuring that the Energy Saving Step is set to "Off" or a lower level, as this feature reduces power consumption by dimming the backlight. If the standby light on the TV is showing, but it won't turn on, that indicates that the unit has power but is failing to start, often due to a faulty main logic board, a malfunctioning power board, or a software/firmware glitch. Q: QuestionIs the LG UA7000 series Geo-locked to the United States or can I ship this to a different country and have the smart features still work.
Asked by KLLL.
- A:Answer The country settings for the LG - 75” Class UA7000 Series LED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 75UA7000PUB, and all other LG TVs sold in the US, use a Regional Lock System (RLL) that restricts the available country settings to the region where the TV was originally sold, such as North America, Europe, or Asia. While you can typically change the country within your TV's settings, for example, North American region, moving a US-sold TV to another continent may restrict app access to US-only services, and a foreign TV brought to the US may have limited functionality. The TV's built-in ATSC tuner and QAM tuner are incompatible with the terrestrial (over-the-air) digital television broadcasting systems, and cable service used outside the US. The ATSC tuner is the standard for terrestrial (over-the-air) digital television broadcasting in the US, and the QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) tuner is used for cable television systems in the US. Neither will work in different countries outside the US that do not use those systems...^Ivan.
