• The only differences would be the 75UM6970PUB is a 2019 model and supports Bluetooth while the 75UK6190PUB is a 2018 model and does not. Apart from this, they would be the same. ^ Jamal

• The price is the first difference obviously. UK compared to UM is basically quality in image. UK being the better.
