“I don't totally understand everything you said about whether this TV will support a sound bar.....MY soundbar is about 5 years old or a bit more....it's a VIZIO brand...I think the model number is 210WS...or close to that.....will it work?”

This TV does support a sound bar. I have owned a Sony sound bar for numerous years for a much older DLP type Panasonic TV. I replaced that TV with the subject model using the same sound bar and it functions like new. I've never used Vizio brands but I'd be surprised if any working HDMI sound bar didn't operate on the subject model TV.

The LG UHD 70 Series 75 inch 4K HDR Smart LED TV, Model # 75UN7070PUC has an Optical Digital Audio Output in the back that can be connected to your Sound bar if it has an Optical Digital Audio Input. The TV also has an HDMI ARC port on it that can also be connected to an HDMI ARC port on your Soundbar if it has one. If you are still in doubt, please contact Vizio for advice about how you can connect the Soundbar to a TV. If you still have your owner's manual for the Soundbar, it should have instruction about how to connect it to a TV...^IFV
