“Purchased this TV a few days ago. Netflix worked fine, but now says it needs an update. When I click "yes" to update, the TV just buffers forever. YouTube still works, so the internet connection is fine. What gives?”

I would check to see if your tv it's updated, you can check in your settings just run a quick update on your tvs firmware if it isn't already and that should do the trick
