“I was told this 4K TV would upconvert my signal from Direct TV from 720 or 1080i to 4K. Have tried everything including changing my HDM Cables to Fiber Optic HDMI, and this still does not force the TV to upcovert my signals from Direct TV to 4k Specs.”

• In order to get the 4k specs you would need to call your provider (Direct TV) in this case and have them upgrade your package to accommodate 4k resolution specs ~Tanisha
