• This tv has a stand that sits in the middle of the tv. So it doesn't have legs. The stand is 20.5 Inches wide by about 11 inches deep

• The stand is compact in the middle of the tv as the pictire shows. Its a square weighted stand.

• Mine has the stand in the middle. I suggest you measure the size (width) of the tv for overhang.
