• Regrettably, there is no attached photo showing the screen that appears on your LG 77" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # OLED77C5PUA. You should be able to configure the Roku remote within the Roku menu (Settings > Remotes & devices > Remotes > Set up remote for TV control) to enable Infrared (IR) or HDMI-CEC volume control, but if it is not controlling the sound consistently, that will require some troubleshooting to determine what the issue is.
