I hope you already found an answer, but just in case. I have the same TV and can see the purchase options in Amazon. As long as you are signed in to the TV app with a profile that has a payment method set up you should see an option to rent or buy movies etc. If you don't see the options, try setting up a payment method for your Amazon account on your phone, delete the TV app and start from scratch. Is purchasing the apps on Amazon and other preinstalled apps on the TV the only issue you are having? Are you getting any error codes with these issues? Services provided by the preinstalled apps on the TV are the sole responsibility of the app developer, so if you are having issues purchasing movies on Amazon or the other apps, you will have to reach out to them for assistance...^Ivan.
