• The picture of the base is a little misleading. It looks like the part that touches the stand is actually smaller. I needed to build a riser for my TV to get it over my center channel speaker and needed this spec. However, I was in a competitors warehouse store 3 days before my TV arrived and they had it on display on the stand. I happened to have my tape measure with as I was going to look at potential new stands. sure enough it really is exactly as long as the spec say
