Are the HDMI inputs 2.1? null

All four HDMI ports on the LG CX 77 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (76.7'' Diag), Model # OLED77CXPUA are HDMI 2.1 ports...^IFV

true they are all 2.1 but my understanding is that they run at 40gbs not 48gbs

True enough that the ports are HDMI 2.1 but only run at 40Gbps. That's because it's a 10-bit panel. 48Gbps is only required for 12-bit colorspace. So even if the ports ran at a full 48Gbps on this set, the extra 8Gbps would go unused do to the 10-bit limitation of the panel.
