The manual specific to this TV will present the Sound Out options and No, one cannot simultaneously output via Bluetooth and the headphone output jack. However, using "Headphones + Internal TV Speakers" mode you can independently control the volume of each. We found that our headphone transmitter supported two headsets and that each of these has independent volume control from the also active TV speakers. There was no noticeable audio/visual synchronization delay. Although the TV will pair to two Bluetooth headsets it will only output to one at a time. May I recommend a feature enhancement, LG?
