My 77” LG GX was mounted to the studs holding up the drywall. I assume there are studs holding up you drywall, so it should work. My wiring is installed in the cavity. However, the Geek squad had previously TV installed a manufactured. plug system through the cavity allowing me to plug in one end near the floor and the receptacle end was mounted behind the TV allowing the TV plug to remain hidden. This system also provided a tuned through the wall cavity to run HDMI cords. If you use the mounting bracket that comes with the TV, I don’t think you’ll have room to hide the AppleTV box. I have a Roku box and I store it in a cabinet with my Blu-ray. and cable DVR.
