• I have found the picture to be very bright (almost too bright sometimes). I am almost exclusively using a 4K Apple TV for all of our viewing which defaults to DolbyVision. But even w/o the AppleTV, I never found it dim. It's possible your room has more natural light or a window directly facing the TV? I will say, we generally watch TV in the evenings (though even in the day, I would not say the picture is dim). So maybe not normal?
