• Yes, that with the retractable doors closed. The unit is narrow than that dimension but finding the width of the unit without the doors attached can be challenging.

• Yes, that is referring to the accordion installation panels that go on either side.

• There is a door in the front of the unit which contains the filter. You can pull down the door to check the air filter biweekly to see if cleaning is necessary. ^CP
