I don't have the exact values but it should be approximately 4.25" from bottom of TV to bottom VESA mount hole and 21.54" from top of TV to top VESA mount hole.

They actually have a website available to assist you in determining how and where to mount your tv mount. Great tool! If you don’t have the Sanus wall mount check your mounts instruction manual for a similar website.

Place blue tape at least 12" along the center of where you want the bottom of the TV to be; then put a small piece of blue tape at the dead center where the TV's middle screen will be. (the mount should/will allow both raising and shifting the TV and Left to Right. sit on your couch and recliner to see where you would like the dead-center viewing to be for your comfort. 3. Take into consideration, any audio console's height to ensure you have enough space for decoring, sound bar, and comfort of viewing. not much you can do if TV is going to be mounted above a fireplace, other than clearance for the TV.

The standard Distance: Floor to Bottom of Screen for this model is 20 inches but it will depend on where you you will put it like in living room or bedroom. ^Vanessa
