- Answer It had a protective film covering only the outside frame. There isn't a film covering the screen itself.

QuestionAre the legs of the tv adjustble from side to side . In other words, can the distance between the legs be shorter than they are in the picture?

- Answer The legs are not adjustable to make the distance shorter. It was easier to mount the TV than to find a cabinet long enough without being an eye sore.

- Answer You can stream straight from the tv, there are several apps on there already and you can download more, my wife recently added Disney + on there. You also have shortcuts that will take u straight to the app of your choice, for instance on mine if I long hold the 2 button it takes me directly to Hulu.I highly recommend this tv, I paid 2299 for it and I believe its 1999 at the moment. Picture and sound are amazing even when you are just streaming through Netflix and hulu etc. Magic remote is cool also! No regrets!

QuestionI use a USB on my current smart TV and it is able to play .avi, .mkv, and .mp4 files. Is this TV able to play these files? This is a dealbreaker for me.

- Answer No it cannot play them natively. However there are several apps available to install through Samsung that can play all the file types you listed.
