“I have a 2 year old desktop, DVD player will not auto-run programs from software DVD's, but plays movies, runs SW. It comes up with an "E:DVD drive is not a formatted drive" or something like that. Can I plug one of these in and load programs from it?”

• I would download a modern DVD player software like PotPlayer and VLC media for Windows 10. You still may have to File, Select the video file in a folder and 'Play' it. I had to do that on a couple DVD's because of how they were formatted.
