“Can you use this to download a CD program like Turbo Tax when computer only comes with DVD drive?”

• Turbo Tax is probably DVD size and it doesn't really matter. This external drive will work to load Turbotax assuming you buy Turbotax DVD. I seriously doubt that you can download Tjurdo tax to a disk and get away with it. lol
