I tried the 800 # provided and that LG support person could not help so they transferred me to a Microsoft support person who said I needed to call HP Support. They provided no number and just hung up. After plugging in this device to my brand new computer it repeatedly causes it to restart. It won’t play DVD’s which the description says it should do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most laptops With windows 10 do not come with a media player preinstalled. You may need to install a media player in order for your computer to play the dvd. If the external disc drive is able to burn discs, then it’s definitely not the disc drive. You just have to have the software in order to read it. Hope this helps!
