The product does not include software for playing DVDs. I would try downloading VLC player. It's free, so worth a try.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have Media Player on your Windows? I had an issue playing my DVD's on this External DVD player. I am using it with my new Windows 10 laptop. My problem got resolved when I upgraded my Media Player. I had to download the Media Player Code Pack. It worked and I can now watch my DVD's.
