GO TO: File Explorer (usually located on the bottom in shape of yellow manilla). Locate DRIVE (shows up as external drive; e.g. CD: E (external); there find files and type. Look up type of file in search on Goggle to solve this issue. 7 day free trials and software may be needed to be purchased in order to read the medical files.
