How do you open the device to remove a dvd null

To remove a disc if button does not work, I believe if you unplug the writer usb cable and with a paper clip push it in the hole to the right of the eject button and disc tray should open.

The same way you opened the device to put the DVD in (push the button on the front). Also, on a PC, in File explorer, if you right click on the drive, you can choose "Eject".

There is an open/close button on the front of the device. I just used mine to digitize about 50 CDs and it worked perfectly.
