The freezer compartment in the LF24Z6530S model comes equipped with a dedicated ice maker that produces Craft Ice™ (spherical ice). This is the specific type of ice produced by the ice maker located in the freezer drawer. The model is also equipped with an in-door ice maker that produces standard cubed and crushed ice via the dispenser, but the ice maker in the bottom freezer is factory set to produce the spherical Craft Ice.
