The automatic ice maker in your ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 26 cu. Ft. Smart Counter-Depth MAX™ French Door Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice, Model # LRYXC2606S, will not begin to operate until it reaches its operating temperature of 15°F (–9°C) or below. It will then begin operation automatically if the icemaker has been turned ON. Page 26 in your owner's manual shows three types of Control Panels (Type A, Type B, or Type C) for the refrigerator, and if you have a Type A or Type B control panel, there is an In-Door Ice button on the control panel that will turn the ice maker On/Off when you press and hold it for three seconds. If you have a Type C control panel, look for the On/Off power switch on the ice maker...^Ivan.
