If your unit isn’t working, let’s go through some initial troubleshooting steps: Power Supply Check: Ensure the refrigerator is securely plugged into a functioning outlet. Check the circuit breaker to confirm that power is being supplied to the outlet. Control Panel Reset: Sometimes, resetting the control panel helps. You can try unplugging the unit for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in to see if it resumes operation. Cooling System: Make sure the temperature controls are set appropriately: 37°F for the refrigerator and 0°F for the freezer. If the unit was recently installed or restarted, allow it up to 24 hours to reach the set temperatures. Smart Diagnosis™ and ThinQ®: If you have a smartphone, use the Smart Diagnosis™ feature to run a quick diagnostic, or connect the refrigerator to the ThinQ® app to check for alerts or status updates. https://www.lg.com/us/refrigerators/lg-lryxc2606s-french-3-door-refrigerator#pdp_specs If the issue persists or the refrigerator doesn’t seem to operate correctly, please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport.
