QuestionIs this refrigerator counter depth?

- Answer The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG Door-in-Door 28.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water, Model # LFXS29766S has a depth of 29 1/2" without the doors on it and is 36 1/4" with the doors on it (including the handles) so it is not a Counter Depth Refrigerator. Counter Depth Refrigerators typically have a depth of 30" with the doors and handles on them and are designed with cabinets that are about 23 5/8" deep and with an inch of clearance space would match the 24" depth of a standard Kitchen cabinet. Kitchen Countertops have a depth of 25" so the refrigerator's cabinet would then be flush with the countertop with only the handles extending beyond the edge of the countertop...^IFV

QuestionThe features state that it comes with LG Smart Diagnosis and is app compatible, yet the specification page says it is not. Is it or isn't it?

- Answer Yes, it has this feature - but I'm not sure it's that useful. When you download the app and use the feature, you have to put your cell phone microphone up to the door hinge and it makes sounds like an old fax machine. It reads those sounds and, in my case, found no problem (but there IS a problem - it stopped cooling). So the answer is yes, it has this feature, but I'm not sure if it does much good. I would not buy this refrigerator - mine failed at 2 years and one month old...

QuestionWhy do in some some pic from reviews, show the word " inverter" on the lower left hand door, and other pics does no show? Cant find anywhere where it states the fridge is an " inverter"

- Answer Probably not. You better have 6ft height to make this install. You may check exact height at the store. But, it is better to have extra room on top.

- Answer As of July 2016 this model comes only in stainless steel. I wanted white and LG makes a few similar models in white but not with the same features.

- Answer I PURCHASED THIS ITEM AND HAD TO WAIT FOR IT TO COME IN. WE WAITED 2 WEEKS WHICH WAS FINE WITH US. THEY DID DELIVER SOONER THAN PROMISED SINCE IT ARRIVED EARLY. THE DELIVERY MEN WERE EFFICIENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WHICH MADE IT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR US. THEY EVEN MOVED OUR OLD REFRIGERATOR INTO OUR GARAGE FOR US!
