Why would Best Buy defer this question to me? Best Buy literally emailed me because I am an LG G7 owner and thought that somehow i should be able to answer any questions about the G7 - including ones that have to do with pricing based on Best Buy's agreements with Verizon and LG. How am I supposed to know if the commission that Best Buy receives from a wireless carrier will offset Best Buy's cost on equipment that they sell consumers less fixed cost, labor, etc. I do not work for Best Buy, so why is this question going to me? The answer; in an effort to cut costs, Best Buy has decided to send questions from potential customers to existing customers who have purchased the same product as the one related to the question of the potential customer. I do not work for Best Buy and am not paid by Best Buy, so this is an insane business practice that could lead to upset customers in the best case scenario and lawsuits in the worst case. What are the executives at Best Buy thinking? They aren't. This is a stupid business decision. I just became an upset customer.
