Return it. You have to call Best Buy and go through their tech support protocols before you can return it without being charged the restocking fee. I ordered this phone twice. Neither could get on the Sprint network. I went through about 10hrs of tech support between the Sprint store, Sprint tech support, and Best Buy tech support. Drove to the nearest Best Buy, which is an hr. away, twice. Best Buy needs to stop selling this phone and save the customers the headache.
