My LG G8X got updated to Android 10 a few days ago and it's great! This is not a dual sim phone so you can only have one sim card and its associated phone number at a time. If having two phone numbers is important you should buy a dual sim capable phone. You might have to get a phone from another region because dual sims are not usually offered in the U.S..

The LG G8X ships with Android 9.0 Pie. Once an update has been received on the device, you will be able to update it. This is a single SIM card device. It cannot be tied to two different phone numbers. ^CP
