“I have my current PC hooked up via HDMI to my LG 65" OLED TV. Both have 4K resolution. But the Gram has less than 4K/UHD. Does that mean that the Gram wouldn't be able to play videos in 4K on my TV?”

• To answer my own question, I'm getting 4K on display 2 (my LG OLED). The LG Gram is actually capable of sending a higher resolution.
