Under the price, there are variables to the specs, such as RAM and CPU. If you choose a higher RAM configuration, an option will also appear to buy the unit with Windows Pro instead of Home.

But if you are doing so in order to use the laptop with the company you work for, you should contact your business's tech support, as they will need to add your new computer to their Active Directory, and possibly make other changes. Also, be aware that there are different versions/levels of Win Pro, and you can end up paying several hundred dollars, not just $100 for the starter Pro version.
