Can this be upgraded to 32 GB ram null

LG Representative, Bill82 asked if this model could be upgraded to 32 GIG of RAM. You answered concerning storage space. (2 TB). Can someone answer Bill82's original question concerning a RAM upgrade

I don't think so because the 16gb ram I think is low power and it is soldered in. That is what I had read.
