Currently, Best Buy can only activate this LG - K40 with 16GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) with AT&T or with Verizon.The phone does not come with a SIM card installed and Best Buy will provide you with an AT&T SIM card to activate the phone with AT&T. The Sales Associate's at Best will demonstrate how to use the phone upon request...^IFV
