It also works with GSM Prepaid carriers, including Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, Mint, Net10, H2O, and Tracfone. It is designed for use in the US. It may work overseas however we cannot guarantee that. ^CP

- Answer Mr Paul, the reason for volume decrease is for the protection of your hearing. The volume is set that way automatically that so that you don't damage your audio receptors. This really is no problem, it's a safety feature.
