“PureTalkUSA tells me I need to tell them the IMEI number of an unlocked phone to be sure I can use it with their service. Can I know that IMEI number before I purchase this phone?”

• Buy one that is unlocked, with the designation universal , it will work on ANY carrier or go to best buy, they know about every carrier.
