“Our primary use for microwave is heating beverages , dinner plate & bread. The sensor re-heat for beverages feature boils over the liquid. Would I be able to use the regular settings for beverages and bread. Would it still recongnize the difference?”

I just bought the LG Neo Chef 2 days ago and Sensor1 almost blew up my mug of coffee that I wanted to reheat. It’s worked fine for 2 days when coffee was cold, maybe I should have used “SensorReheat”. I knew something was coming when “Sensor” changed to 8:30 minutes left when it only takes 2 minutes to heat cold coffee. I will watch it and see if I am right about using warm coffee versus cold and sensor reheat instead of sensor 1.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Sensor reheat has a setting specifically for Beverages, Sr-1. Use a mug or microwave-safe cup. Do not cover. Stir after reheating. Be careful! The beverage will be very hot. Sometimes liquids heated in cylindrical containers will splash out unexpectedly when the cup is moved. ^Daphane
