• It worked for me using these directions: disconnect the microwave from electrical power (unplug it). Plug it back in. Open the oven door. Press "Enter" to confirm the "12-hour" display. (If you want the 24-hour display, so that 6pm is 18:00, use the "+" button to change. Repeated pressing of "+" changes from 12-hour to 24-hour.) Once you have confirmed your choice of 12-hour or 24-hour, press Enter. Then use + and/or - repeatedly to set the hour. Once you have the correct hour, press Enter. Then use + and/or - to set the minute. Once you have the correct minute, press Enter. Once you have performed these steps, the clock should work fine. At least that was my experience.
