Is it plugged in the the wall socket? Have you tested the wall socket for the proper voltage? Has the power cord been damaged? Did you have a power surge that may have damaged the unit?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would start with the outlet. Is it effectively grounded and functioning at the positive and negative aspects of the plug. Make sure the device didn’t trip the outlet if it has that safety feature. Check the breaker box/fuse box depending on the home. Finally call an expert electrician or appliance person if those trouble shooting steps don’t rectify the issue.
