Sensor reheat requires that the steam passes over the sensor, so be sure to use a container with a wide open top, like a Pyrex jug. If the oven doesn't play a little tune around the time you start to see water vapor on the side of the jug, then change to a time countdown, something is likely wrong with your oven.
