The manual is wrong. You enter the cooking time. DO NOT PRESS ENTER…the manual says press enter. Press Power Level. Repeat press to run thru the levels, as in 90, 80, 70… Press Enter/Start It will cook at the time and level chosen. I almost returned my brand new microwave to Best Buy before finding this out.

I press time 700 then power level then press 2 for 20% 3 for 30% 4 for 40% 5 for 50% 6 for 60% 7 fo 70% 8 for 80% 9 for 90% and then press start. LG NEO CHEF 2020 MODEL. My manuel instructions were wrong. Hope this helps.

NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC2075ST not changing when you "touch button". Which button are you touching? When not using the auto cooking functions, the cooking time and power level are set manually. You would have to first touch Stop/Clear then enter the cooking time. Then you would touch the Power Level button, then touch the number that corresponds to the power level you want, then touch Start/Enter/=30 sec button. If that sequence is not working, the microwave will require a service repair...^IFV
